Animals:

No more than two animals per apartment. All dogs must have a pet interview prior to move in and acquire approval of Management. A $400 non-refundable animal pet fee, along with prior approval from management will be required. Pet Rent of $ The max weight per pet on the 2^nd floor is 35 lbs. All pets must have updated rabies & shot Records. Registration with the City of Bastrop is required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
